Vehicle Crash with Entrapment

On September 26, 2011 Florence Fire/EMS Department responded to Interstate 71/75 North at the 182 mile marker for a motor vehicle crash with entrapment.  On arrival Fire/EMS units found a crash involving a passenger car and a tractor trailer.  The driver of the passenger car was trapped in the vehicle.  Crews stabilized the vehicle and removed both the front and rear doors to free the driver.  The driver was treated and transported to the hospital.
