To have water or sewer service established/resumed at your residence, please contact the city of Florence Finance Department at (859) 647-5413 or in-person at the Florence Government Center.

*Water Deposit – Residential Owner $ 75.00
*Water Deposit – Residential Tenant $100.00
*Water Deposit – Business Owner $200.00
Sewer Inspection Fee $ 25.00
· If a contractor pays tap fees and the water account is initially opened under the contractor’s name
until project is completed, there is no deposit for the contractor.
