The City of Florence will celebrate Independence Day with a “Celebrate Independence Day” event on Monday, July 3 from 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. The event will feature live music from the Florence Community Band and DJ Nick, an activity area for children, and food trucks featuring Dreamy Whip, Kona Ice, Travelin' Toms, Poseidon's Pizza, Cuties Sweets and Eddie's BBQ.
Fireworks display by Elite Pyrotechnics will be set off at 10:00 p.m. The event will take place at the Florence Government Center, 8100 Ewing Blvd., Florence.
*Rain date for fireworks will be July 4 at 10:00 p.m.
