Booth Information:

  • Arrive about 9:30 am to set up.
  • No chairs or tables provided.
  • Electrical outlets are limited - One outlet per booth
  • No water hooks up available.
  • Rental Fee - $ 15.00 for space.
  • Vendor provides own tent/awning, table and chair.
    • $ 55.00 for 10" x 10" Booth
  • Then City of Florence will provide the following:
    • Space
    • Booth Sign
    • Publicity during the program

Rental Fee and booth application must be submitted together by Monday, August 29, 2016.

Regulations:
The City of Florence requires the following:

  • Signs, posters, or displays cannot contain messages of a negative nature.
  • No loud music or excessive noises may emanate from the booth that might conflict with pooch performances
  • Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, display boards, logo and a 12-gauge extension cord or larger to meet the fire code
