Rumpke Garbage & Recycling Service Beginning April 1, 2009, Rumpke will begin providing once per week trash and subscription recycling service to all residents and businesses located with-in the City limits. Child Car Seat Safety Check The City of Florence Fire/EMS Department provides FREE Child Car Seat Safety Checks to City of Florence and Florence Fire/EMS District residents.
